Smaller engagements where I got to own the full picture, strategy, execution and the marketing that brings it to life.
Migrated FirePerfection's store from Squarespace to Shopify end to end, covering catalogue, branding and theme setup without disrupting live sales. Beyond the migration itself, I designed and ran the digital marketing campaigns and built out SEO and analytics tracking, so the new store wasn't just live, it was findable and measurable from day one.
Built and maintained PhilCare's website and the systems behind it. The standout piece was the automation layer: a live candidate database running on Google Sheets with Apps Script, paired with Trello dashboards tracking both the candidate journey and the customer journey.
None of this needed a CRM platform or its price tag. It needed someone to look at the actual workflow and build the smallest tool that solved it properly. That's the same instinct I bring to larger programmes, find where structure is missing, then build just enough of it rather than over engineering a fix nobody asked for.

Provide documentation support for an immigration consulting practice, sitting with clients through sensitive and often stressful conversations to get their situation right, then handling that personal data in line with GDPR and regulatory compliance requirements. Quiet, careful work where listening well matters as much as accuracy, since the standard for both leaves zero margin for error.
